Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an organization and using SwimTec, you agree to these terms. The subscription is billed at $500 per organization per year and renews annually unless cancelled.

2. Accounts & organizations

You are responsible for your organization's users, devices, and the content you upload, and for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use the service unlawfully, infringe others' rights, or upload content you lack the rights to display.

4. Billing & grace period

Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. A 15-day grace period applies after expiry before access is restricted. Payment details are handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

5. Availability

The service is provided "as is." Offline operation is supported but cloud features require connectivity.
